I quit altogether..I was glued to mine because of work now I don't even carry a phone anymore....
Pissed my friends off for a long while some even quit being friends over me not responding in a timely manner.
I make my calls in the morning or evening..sorta like the old days. My girlfriend hates it, anytime my phone is mentioned with friends the collective thinks it's nuts I don't have my phone with me...
I now have a minimal plan at about half the cost and 10X less daily headaches answering texts charging the time ect.

I will say I've fucked myself a few times with directions if I'm in the farm truck..the other cars have built in GPS.

Ditch the phone..Life's better without a device 24-7
